2. Complete this next form to book hotel accommodation, submit oral or poster presentations and more. NB: Use this form, do not book directly with hotel. NSFT will organize the bookings and submit to the hotel. You will pay for accomodation directly to the hotel at checkout. (If you have other accommodation, please indicate on the same form.)

Invited speakers: Please follow registration instructions above. By indicating ‘invited’ in the form you will not be charged participant fee. Book room (#2 above), pay at checkout and send summary of reimbursement (travel and stay) to NSFT as agreed at invitation.

Accomodation; hotel reservation and rates

Please follow the instructions at the top of this page for registration, including options for accommodation (rates indicated below).
Hotel room or room in adjacent apartments can be reserved in the registration form. After completing the registration form, you receive a confirmation email with your details. No need to contact the hotel directly. Please observe that the hotel reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 48 hrs before the meeting, after that you may be charged payment in case of no show. Here are the prices for rooms etc. You will pay for this directly to the hotel at checkout (while the participant fee is to be paid to the NSFT following completion of registration as described on top of page).

Rates for hotel and apartment
  • NOK 1710 per person in double room per night for participants and presenters
  • NOK 1600 per person in double room per night for accompanying persons
  • NOK 350 per person per night extra for single room
  • NOK 400 per night extra for large family room
  • NOK 319 per person for lunch Thursday
  • NOK 1215 per person per night for students in nearby apartment (‘uspesifisert innkvartering’) (minimum 2 persons per bedroom)
  • NOK 300 per person per night extra for students single room in apartment (1 person per bedroom)
  • Rates for children
    • 0-3 yr free
    • 4-7 yr NOK 315 per child per night
    • 8-15 yr NOK 470 per child per night
Included in hotel prices:
  • Full pension; dinner Thursday as first meal and extended breakfast Sunday as the last
  • Free admittance to pool and gym in the hotel
  • Free wifi.
  • Free parking (outdoor)
  • Technically equipped meeting rooms including refreshments

Submit presentation -oral or poster

The deadline for abstract submission is December 20th. To submit an oral or poster presentation (one or more), you include this info in the registration form. Details on abstract format and presentations can be found on the website here.
